  1. right diaphragm normally higher than left but not as that much so either there is some thing in right side of abdomen pushing diaphragm up or something on right side of chest pulling diaphragm
    but its either abscess or cyst or mass on right side of abdomen or some thing on right side of chest pulling diaphragm such collapse fibrosis as i guess

  6. No diaphragmatic paralysis will make the hemidiaphrragm to relax down not to be pulled up like this,
    this is rt lower lobe atelectasis, pulling the rt diaphragm up 100% sure

  7. Far wrong, cardiomegaly will increase the cardiothorathic ratio , this means the heart enlagrment will go transversly not vertical

    but there is something on left side b/w upper and mid lobe. seems like forming a band between them. cant name it. but add to my knowledge who can name it.
