    thank u very very much for this nice site and we are very very greatiful for ur staffs ..belive me these clinical cases are too important for us but Ihope ur real answer for that case not be too late because its very help full if in the 2nday we know it and it will refresh our knowlgment ....please I need all the answers from case no 1 untill yesterday ,,,because till know Idont know how to get the answers and where to get it please thank u so much
