Clinical Case 18 - Diagnosis?

What can your diagnosis be for this case ?


The patient before surgery. A 74-year-old female patient presented with a large right-sided neck mass. The skin over the _____ was intact and normal.





Computer Tomography scan. A computer tomography scan showed a large submucosal mass in the neck, 8-9 cm in greatest diameter, extending to the muscular sites.
