Any Unforgettable Experiences as a Medical Student to tell us?

Hi,
I hope you can share one of your unforgettable moments as a medical student whether in school or clinics.
Mine was my first time to assist a craniectomy.
I was a third year medical student and I was amazed to see a portion of skull removed, a blood clot in the brain and how the brain was pulsating.
I never got the chance to follow up the patient though but I hope he's still alive.
